Door Designer integrates with shipping services like BigPost, which requires specific customer information (name, email, phone number, address) to provide accurate shipping quotes and book shipments. This data is only used if you enable the BigPost integration and is never stored in our database. Sensitive data like geolocation, IP address, browser, and operating system are not used at all.
Absolutely not. While the app was developed by Spacemaker Wardrobes Pty Ltd, we are transitioning into software development full-time and do not access, view, or use any merchant data for Spacemaker operations. We are happy to provide explicit, contractual guarantees that your data will never be accessed or used for marketing, remarketing, analytics, or any other competitive advantage.
Upon installation, we store only your Shopify store URL, store email address, and country. This is needed to ensure the app functions correctly and so we can contact you if necessary. No sensitive business or customer data is saved.
When a customer creates a door design, the app dynamically generates a new Shopify product with their specifications and a thumbnail preview, which is uploaded to your Files area. These temporary products allow you to process orders properly and are automatically cleaned up at regular intervals. These permissions are essential for this functionality and are not used to access your existing store data.

Yes. While the app is still relatively new, several merchants are currently trialling it. Feedback from these users is helping us improve the platform further.
Our pricing model of 3% per sale keeps the monthly subscription low and allows merchants to easily factor the app into their cost of goods sold. We are open to adjusting this fee based on sales volume and feedback from our users.
No. Your customer and business data will never be accessed, shared, or used for any form of marketing, remarketing, or analytics by Spacemaker Wardrobes or any third parties. We're committed to full transparency and are happy to provide contractual guarantees to this effect.
We completely understand this concern. Our founder is intentionally moving away from wardrobe manufacturing and into full-time software development. We want to build tools that support businesses like yours, not compete with them. We are happy to put this in writing.
